MacNeil Glass
135 in Natick
I've used MacNeil Glass, on 135 in Natick , for a number of different glass and window repair projects, and they've always done a good job. You can either bring the window into their shop, or, if it's not removable, they will come to your house. Their prices have struck me as reasonable, thought I haven't done a huge amount of comparison shopping in this area.

Metrowest Property Management
I finally chose a contractor and was extremely pleased. I went with Metrowest Property Management. They're located on Edmunds Road in Framingham and owned by Joe Trainor. The company employees consist of Joe, his two sons, his son-in-law and a nephew. I liked that it was a family company. The entire job was done in less than 5 hours; and that includes the time they took to vacuum and clean up. They took care of getting the builidng permit as well as dealing with the requirements and demands of the condo trustees and management company (which is something like dealing with the federal government).
I can't say enough about how considerate and patient they were to my endless stream of questions and concerns. They didn't talk down to me because I was a woman. Everything was explained completely.
