The name is Brandolini's shoe repair. They also do fittings and molds for special shoes and inserts.

Ann, I have been using two cobblers for many years now. It turns out they are brothers and I would recommend both locations for different reasons.
The first cobbler is at Brandolini's shoe repair in downtown Framingham, on Union Ave, across from the Memorial Building. He is a very nice guy and loves to chat it up. I drop my shoes of on one Saturday and pick them up the following Saturday, but I bet he has even faster turn around time.
The second cobbler, well, he used to cobble in the building that was destroyed in downtown Natick a few months ago. I think he was given space for drop off and pick up in a Natick hardware store but does his work at Brandolini's. He also does good work but is less of a communicator than his brother in Framingham.
I wonder if there is a way to drop shoes off in Framingham and have the Natick cobbler do the work since he could really use the money right now and would be a shorter drive.
Tell either of the guys that Mark with the colonial shoes recommended them. They both know me very well by now and the Framingham cobbler says its very unusual for his brother in Natick to remember anyone's name. As you can tell, I like them a lot.

The only place I know is Odessa shoe repair on Rt 9 West bound in Natick. They used to be in the mall. The guy is honest and does a good job.

I went to Odessa four years ago for my bridesmaids shoes. The items were not ready when promised, and his work was sloppy and incomplete. For the quality of work that was done, we were ripped off. When my husband questioned the owner of the quality of the goods returned, he became rude and argumentative. I wanted to share a unbiased different opinion of my experience with Odessa.
