  Now we get to the dreaded event entitled "Pictures of Blight". Everyone loved it except that the MWDN used it as an excuse to fill more column inches at the expense of claiming to not understand why it was done.

  I wrote a response which was graciously accepted.

• What! You didn't know that we were written up in the world famous Framingham TAB ?
• Wait! They did it again. This time I get a good article and a bad article all on the same day. Maybe I'm doing something right.

• 10/25/05 A letter sent 10/24/05 responding to the letters of SMOC's counsel dated 8/25/05 and 9/9/05 challenging the legality of the zoning bylaw changes passed at the 8/3/05 Special Town Meeting.
• 10/17/05 A collection of four letters obtained from town hall of correspondance between town officials and SMOC.

  First we have a letter dated July 12, 2005 which is from SMOC's attorneys to the town Building Inspector.

  Then we have another letter dated Aug 19, 2005 also from SMOC's attorneys also to our town Building Inspector.

  Next is one dated Aug 25, 2005 where SMOC's attorneys are complaining to the Massachusetts Attorney General about the bylaw we passed that merely restores powers that we had previously mistakenly signed away.

  And another letter dated Sept 9, 2005 which is also from SMOCs attorneys to the Mass AG.

  Also, we have from 1/13/97 a letter to Town Clerk George King from the Assistant Attorney General regarding approval of 1996 zoning bylaw amendments.

  A letter from 3/18/97 which is a memo to town meeting members explaining article 38 to exclude Dover Projects from site plan review.

  From 4/9/97 we have minutes of the planning board approving article 38.

  From 4/23/97 is a document which is the history of article 38.
