Just had another meal at the old/new 400 Plus on Franklin Street, and was not disappointed. This is exactly what Framingham, and in particular that part of town, needs more than ever. Prices are fair, quality is excellent, and the service is top notch. They're small but very nice atmosphere -- check it out and give them a try if you're tired of the same old, same old. Support your newest local restaurant! Better than any chain, and IMO, the other usual suspects when it comes to Italian food in the greater Framingham area.

I actually ate at the 400 Plus a few weeks ago and experienced quite the opposite. I went on either a Monday or Tuesday evening around 7:00 p.m. The waiter was excellent considering he was the only one on duty. The food was very disappointing both for myself and my friend that went with me. I had a sausage and pasta dish which was nothing special - no flavor whatsoever. Salads weren't included with the meal and I felt it was overpriced. After all the hype I had heard about the place - I will not give it a second chance.

I have to agree with Mike. I have eaten at the 400 Plus about 6 times now and have always had a great meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I have tried a variety of dishes from pasta, to chicken, to fish and have never been disappointed.
Living on the south side of town, 400 is my new La Cantina -- the go to Italian place close to home.
They also do a nice job packing up food for take out. The food loses nothing in transport from restaurant to home.

I loved the new restaurant when they first opened up. The quality and freshness couldn't be beat. However they have since changed hands since first reopening. The business has been sold and the former cook is no longer there. My family and I went for dinner one night with friends after raving about the food for some time. We weren't impressed and haven't gone in since.
