I had a lot of luck with recovering from a shattered ankle going to Framingham Chiropractic/Allied Physical Therapy.

Everyone I worked with there was great and really seemed to know what they were doing, and helped they me through some challenging insurance issues. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough.

I've worked with several therapists in the area, and found three who I like a lot. One is Anne Ingard, who has been practicing for years in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful

I've worked with several in the area, and found three who I like a lot. One is Beth Leven, who does in-home visits. She's been in the field for years and is a great person.

New England Rehabilitation

1094 Worcester Rd. (Rt. 9) opposite the fire station
Framingham, MA 01702

I have been pleased with New England Rehab on Rt. 9 Eastbound in Framingham.. They were a small facility and the PT I was assigned was fabulous. Over the last couple of years, after some other disabling issues, I've been with Spaulding Rehab, Rt. 9 Eastbound Framingham. I have needed Physical, Occupational & Speech/Language therapy and Spaulding has the expertise to handle them all professionally and with great care.

No matter where you end up going, be sure to communicate your concerns and work diligently on your home exercises. Don't expect it to be easy, and you might not end up "perfect" in the long run but you're better for giving it your all. Sometimes one has to get to know the new you you've become, but in the long run you're way ahead of the game for the experience. It can be frustrating at times, but be sure to be excited and proud about all your successes along the way, no matter how small or large. Keep believing ~ Good Luck!

I fell on my shoulder three years ago and I required rehab. I used New England Rehab on 9 east across from the fire station. After three weeks, my shoulder was far better and returned to normal shortly threrafter. The people there were excellent.

The folks at New England Rehabilitation are good. Didn't solve my tendonitis, but turned out it was a torn tendon, which even two orthopedists missed until I got an MRI. NER did help my wife with a back problem.

I've worked with several therapists in the area, and found three who I like a lot. Steve Crowell is great, as is his staff.

I also recommend Rebound Physical Therapy. Top notch, especially for any kind of sports injury. Having the health club at their disposal is great, gives them many treatment and therapy options not available to smaller facilities.

Spalding Rehab

Route 9 East

I had problems with Spaulding on Rte 9 because they couldn't schedule me for most of the times I had requested. I've dealt with several of the therapists at the Wellness Center both on land and in the pool. They are all excellent and I would highly recommend the Wellness Center on Rte 9 in Framingham.

I've had two negative experiences at Spaulding on Route 9 East in Framingham. The people are courteous and helpful however; I left with more problems than when I went there.

I then tried the Physical Therapy dept at the Wellness Center on Rt 9 West in Framingham. There was a world of difference. If I need Physical Therapy again I'll be going back to the Wellness Center.
