I have had the same insurance agent for over 20 years and everyone who I recommend her to, thanks me profusely. Her name is Nadine Heaps and she owns her own agency, Purple Ink. She has the best customer service of anyone I know of in ANY field. She goes to the registry at no charge, she calls you yearly to review your home and auto coverage, and to decide what changes might be the best for you and your family. And she knows what questions to ask to make sure you are insured correctly. In fact, she called us to suggest switching home insurance companies for our house on the cape so saved us almost $1000 a year!
To top it all off, she remembers all the important days in her customers lives- birthdays, anniversaries. etc. and she gives a portion of her income to local charities- and always has.
She is located in Ashland- but please don't let that deter you from contacting her. She will come to you if necessary. She often works nights and weekends. I have reached her MANY times on Saturdays in her office.
