Network Spinal Analysis Method
Wayland Wellness--Dr. Ann Jackman
East Plain St. (next to Morn's Thai restaurant in Wayland)
508-446-2651
Since you are asking for someone who uses an activator, I'm suspecting you prefer the gentler approach. I can totally relate. I have talked about this before, but I guess it bears repeating.
I used traditional chiropractors for about 20 years to help me with chronic and acute problems. Each time I went, they helped me a great deal. But my body still stayed fairly unstable, causing me to "go out" in various ways all too easily. I finally got tired of that and decided to try a different approach, that being Network Chiropractic, because I had heard of such wonderful results with it. I can't imagine anything else now.
Network Spinal Analysis works by releasing the tension being held around the spinal column, which is what causes the misalignments (by pulling, etc.) If that isn't released, the root of the problem is never really resolved. The body then miraculously corrects itself. It really does! The process is done by the gentlest of touch and energy work. It is totally relaxing. My husband falls asleep every time, and looks forward it! My chronic issues are finally being worked out. My posture is even improving. I can't recommend it highly enough.
In addition to the physical benefits, since it opens up and frees the nervous system (via the spinal column), there are significant other benefits realized, as well. Like more energy and focus, and, for me, more spiritual connectedness. I'm sure it is very individual.
My family uses Dr. Ann Jackman, at Wayland Wellness. Her center is on East Plain St., next to Morn's Thai restaurant in Wayland. It is only a 10 min. drive from Nobscot. Her number is: 508-446-2651. She is SO wonderful!
I forgot to mention that Dr. Jackman does bill through insurance, if you have chiropractic coverage, of course. Not many Network Chiropractors do that. She is also certified in standard chiropratic, in case you want a standard manipulation- not likely, tho'!
Best of luck.

Chiropractors
Dr. Scott Gillman
Gillman Sports Chiropractic
in the Natick Crossing shopping center
251 West Central Street, Natick (just over the town line.)

I highly recommend Dr. Scott Gillman. Dr. Gillman has been practicing in the Metrowest area for the past 15+ years. He specializes in Family and Sports Chiropractic.
I had experience with other Chiropractors before moving to Massachusetts and visited two other local practitioners before I found Scott. He is the only Chiropractor I would recommend.

Dr Bradley Weiss
Performance Health Center
Natick
http://www.PerformanceHealthCenter.com
Office: 508-655-9008
Dr Bradley Weiss is outstanding. I have been going to him for 8 years or so. His touch is firm, and he has helped me get rid of a lot of back pain from an injury years ago. Now I only go once a month for a "tune up adjustment". He is skilled in ART (Active Release Techniques) for injuries or trouble areas (muscular). I was so impressed with his work that when an opportunity to set up shop in his office became available, I joined his practice doing massage therapy. (Shameless self promotion! I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial release.) Dr Victoria VanNederynen also practices at his office, for those who like a more gentle touch and also does the ART. Between the two of them, they have you covered in chirpractic medicine.

I also highly recommend Dr. Joseph Giampa. He undid damage caused by a chiropractor out in Westborough who had been treating me for whiplash. Dr. Giampa is experienced, knowledgeable and competent.

Dr. Jeff Smith of Downtown Chiropractic (right across from the main F'ham Public Library).
157 Pearl Street
Framingham, MA 01701
508-875-4086

I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Smith.
Dr. Jeff treats my husband, kids, & me. He's got a great "bedside manner", and - unlike some other chiropractors out there - he really takes the time to figure out the exact problem areas & work specifically on those. He follows up each adjustment session with e-stim & a heat (or ice) pack; very relaxing.
