We had carpeting replaced in our living room, hallway, stairway, and one very large bedroom. We got to take the 3-4 samples home so we could see what the colors looked like during the daylight and during the evening. We picked all the same color and worked with Craig at Abbey. We love the carpet we got. The price was reasonable and they did a great job with the install.
Craig did explain the various types and matched what our needs were and worked with our budget.
I went back after about a year and had another smaller space finished up and it tied all together great, like it had been there all along. I would use them again as they were easy to work with, friendly, timely and knowledgeable.

I replaced my carpeting recently after being flooded over the winter. I used the Carpet Mill Outlet Store on Concord Street in Saxonville. They've been around forever. They did my parent's carpeting years ago and also my cousin's who lives in Hopkinton. She was thrilled with their work and had them do her whole house.
Two men came in and they had everything done very quickly. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
They were reasonably priced and have a ton of remnants to save you money. I was very happy with the work they did and the carpet I had installed.

I have used Creative Carpet on route 135 for many years and have always been pleased with the installed products, service and pricing. I used them to replace all the carpets in my previous home. I also used them for all the carpet in my current home. I've also used them to install engineered hardwood flooring.
They are a great local business and I recommend them without reservation.

We have always been pleased with Creative Carpet. Courteous, knowledgeable, honest, quality. At least, that has been our experience probably at least four times in the last decade plus.

I highly recommend Creative Carpet in Framingham. We had wall-to-wall carpeting installed ~ one year ago and were very happy with the owner Joe Zentis who helped us in the showroom and with the installers. '

I second Creative Carpet. Joe and Andy truly are the best and their prices can't be beat. THey are very helpful in the showroom as well as with the installation process. We have used them for the past 10 years in every home we have been in and they are top-notch.

I highly recommend Debsan - The Decorating Store in Downtown Natick.
They have beautiful carpets and rugs of all types and quality and I find their prices to be very competitive with the big box stores. Where Debsan truly excels is with its customer service. When you walk into the store you are always warmly greeted and there are very nice and knowledgeable salespeople ready and willing to help you find what you need and they offer many alternatives for your consideration. They have their own trained staff who they send out to your home to measure and install your new floor coverings and are with you every step of the way. When you phone Debsan with questions and inquiries the people you have worked with always answer the phone. They also carry a huge selection of window treatments, wall coverings, floor coverings and paint and they have a "Rent A Quart" program where you can take home small cans of paint to actually try out on your wall for a very nominal fee. Ben Greenberg owns the store and has been involved with the store - his family business - for his entire life. We have done business there for many years and my clients are all thrilled with the products and services they receive at Debsan.

I would highly recommend Chuck Sears of Framingham Carpet Center just past La Cantina. They have installed 3 wall to walls for us over the years, always gave the best price and selection, were very professional and friendly, and gave the best service. They tightened an old carpet for us at no extra charge - we really think they are the best. His wife Mary is so helpful in the showroom.

My wife and I, and our daughter and son-in-law have used Framingham Carpet Center, within the last several years and were delighted with the service, advice, price, etc.
Tell either Carol or Chuck Sears that Art Finstein sent you. They just replaced our kitchen floor for us and we have used them for wall-to-wall purchase and installations before. They are honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and their work is prompt, professional, and they stand behind it. In our recent installation we had a couple of curiosities that arose, and they came back and took care of them without complaint.
